Samuel “Ted” Lane holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UMass Amherst and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice with a Certificate in Forensic Psychology from UMass Lowell. Ted began his law enforcement career in 2005 after graduating from the Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC) Academy, where he was honored with the Brian J. Daley Academic Award of Excellence.

Neil A. Sicard was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to Revere, Massachusetts, during childhood. He grew up in Revere and relocated to Salem, Massachusetts, in 2000 after graduating from high school.

Donna Kausek, LMHC, is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health counseling, community-based clinical services and mental health and domestic violence training, with over 25 years of experience. Donna has served as the Program Director of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program at Eliot Community Human Services where she supervised emergency, mobile, psychiatric evaluations and dispositions of children under 21 years old.
