For Law Enforcement & Co-Response Clinicians
Join us for a 3-hour training on Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 123, Section 12(a), and its application in the field.
MGL, C123, Sec. 12 allows qualified professionals to authorize the emergency transport of a person with a mental health condition to an emergency department for evaluation if they pose a risk of serious harm due to their condition and are unwilling or unable to seek care voluntarily.
