A 4-hour (11 am – 3 pm) experiential wellness workshop for law enforcement professionals
Law enforcement professionals routinely navigate trauma, chronic stress, and the demands of serving others. Beyond Burnout moves beyond traditional discussions of stress and self-care to explore how cumulative experiences can impact identity, resilience, and overall well-being.
Through guided reflection, interactive workbook exercises, and practical strategies, participants will gain insight into the effects of cumulative stress, reconnect with their core values, and develop a personalized restoration plan to support long-term resilience and professional longevity.
This experiential workshop emphasizes psychological safety, personal choice, and practical application, providing participants with tools they can continue to use long after the training concludes.
Participants will learn to:
- Recognize the impact of cumulative stress on identity and well-being.
- Identify occupational and personal contributors to stress.
- Develop practical strategies for restoration and resilience.
- Create a personalized plan to support long-term wellness.
- Identify when and how to seek support.
