The Rewire4 training introduces law enforcement to the basics of brain science, the impact of trauma on the brain, and how it affects behaviors and life-long patterns.
1 DAY OF TRAINING
In an 8–hour interactive learning session, participants gain the skills to identify and disrupt unhelpful cycles of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—making them safer and in more control on and off the job.
6 MONTHS OF FOLLOW UP
Participants receive weekly text messages which reinforce the skills they’ve learned and prompt them to apply those skills in the field and in their daily lives.

Based on Roca’s Rewire CBT and tailored to the practices of policing and corrections, Rewire4 teaches law enforcement both theory and practical skills which will help them stay focused, read themselves, examine their thinking, and act on what’s important to them.

Rewire4 helps officers understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact their work and lives.
