The NE Essex County CIT-TTAC had the pleasure of hosting Psychological First Aid (PFA) training for police and dispatchers by Sarah Gaer. Sarah provided practical information to help attendees meet the immediate needs of individuals impacted by traumatic events. The police officers and dispatchers who attended will have the tools to help those affected by traumatic events by using the eight core components of PFA. Thank you Sara and all those who attended.
