Eagle Eye Consulting & Training, a proud Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, provides specialized,trauma-informed training and consulting for public safety professionals. The Beyond the Badge initiative is designed specifically for law enforcement officers and dispatchers, who are often the first to encounter individuals in behavioral health crises, while also facing rising levels of burnout, moral distress, and suicide within their own ranks.
Funded through the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health’s Jail/Arrest Diversion Grant Program, these trainings go beyond awareness to equip participants with practical tools, culturally responsive strategies, and peer-informed approaches to protect the wellness of those who serve.
This initiative goes beyond resilience, focusing on healing, growth, and reducing stigma, while strengthening both individual and organizational responses. We help departments not only respond to crisis, but prevent it.
