Erin George has more than 10 years of experience in the social services field. Erin currently works as the Division Director of Program Services at Action Inc., a community action agency in Gloucester. She oversees and manages the operations of the Housing First program, emergency shelter, HOPWA program, and Action’s affordable housing units.
Erin holds a Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and has a Social Impact Management and Leadership certificate through the Institute for Nonprofit Practice/Tufts University. As a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), Erin brings expertise in housing and homeless services, advocacy, crisis intervention, and harm reduction.
